Simplicity is one of the most powerful tools of communication, yet often websites are filled with unnecessary information and poorly designed navigation that confuses, frustrates, and distracts the user. I use simplicity as a tool to design websites that are not only easy to use and navigate, but that also use the most efficient layout to convey the intended message to the end user.

Web designers often focus on designing for one specific device, for instance, a computer monitor, without taking into account other possibilities. Today users access websites from any number of devices (computer monitor, TV, smart phone, tablet computer, screen reader, etc), yet few websites are flexible enough to accommodate these varying conditions; however, through a combination of forward thinking, good design, good coding practices, and advanced CSS3 techniques, I strive to create websites that accommodate as many of these changing conditions as possible.
